Teak is the embodiment of versatility, excelling in conformation, agility, and hunting while boasting an outstanding pedigree. His success in the show ring is undeniable—Teak won Best of Breed at the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club in February 2017!
A top-ranked competitor, Teak finished 2016 as the #3 Vizsla in Breed points and #5 in All-Breed rankings. He is also among an elite group of Vizslas to have early on earned a Silver Grand Championship (GCHS). Adding to his impressive resume, Teak has secured seven (7) Best in Specialty Show (BISS) wins, a testament to his movement and breed type.
Beyond his accolades, Teak is an exceptionally well-balanced, moderate male with a lovely front assembly, proper return of upper arm, and clean movement from all angles. His natural biddability and easy-going temperament make him a joy to work with in both the field and at home.
At the 2020 Vizsla National Events in Estes Park, CO, Teak shined as a veteran competitor, winning Best Veteran in Sweepstakes and earning First Place in Stud Dog.
Teak’s influence continues through his progeny, which includes multiple Champion/Grand Champions, along with multiple titled offspring in Hunt and Obedience. His legacy is one of excellence, versatility, and a true representation of the breed’s best qualities.
In 2019, he earned the Registry of Merit (ROM) title for outstanding progeny accomplishments by the VCA.
Even in his later years, he continues to excel—at 11 years old, Teak earned his Master Agility Champion (MACH) title in May 2023, proving his athleticism, drive, and unwavering spirit.

A standout in both the show ring and the field, Tanner has proven himself time and time again. In conformation, he finished #7 in Breed and #8 in All-Breed rankings in 2019, following an impressive #6 Breed ranking in 2018. A multiple Sporting Group winner and Group placer, Tanner boasts an incredible five (5) Best in Specialty Show (BISS) wins, a Southern California Sporting Dog Group win (May 2018), and along the way, he earned a prestigious Gold Grand Championship (GCHG).
At the 2020 Vizsla National Events in Estes Park, CO, Tanner took home Best of Opposite Sex among the nation’s top Vizslas.
Tanner’s versatility extends well beyond the show ring. He completed his Senior Hunter title on a Saturday, then followed it up the very next day with back-to-back Master Hunter passes! By August 2021, he earned his Master Hunter (MH) title, all while being owner trained and handled.
